Kent Pro Glass Scraper PDF Print E-mail
The Kent Pro Glass Scraper is one of my favorite tools. I use it to clean the glass on my tank and it's actually a lot easier than I thought it would be.
The metal blade quickly cuts through any algae build up and it's excellent for reaching into the corners of the tank. I find it also does a great job of scraping off stuck on coralline algae. I find I actually use it more than my magfloat. It gets in the corners better, I don't have to make multiple passes over the same area and I don't have to worry about stirring up sand near the bottom and possibly scratching the glass. This thing love scraping the glass.

If you have an acrylic tank make sure you get the one with the proper blade for acrylic tanks. You do not want the one with the yellow head I have pictured here.

This tool is essential to your reef tank's maintenance. After cleaning the algae and unwanted corraline off the side of my tank. After cleaning my reef tank I just simply wipe off the head and metal scraper with a paper towel and let the rest air dry.

Although my girlfriend loves playing with my Magfloat save yourself some time and money and go with the Kent Pro Scraper. It's even easier to get into the back tight corners of the tank.
